Director of Resale Operations
Foothills Animal Rescue is seeking an experienced, motivated and mission-driven Director of Resale Operations to lead the continued success and growth of Daisy’s Rescued Goods.
The Director of Resale Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our resale operations, including store performance, financial management, staffing, volunteer engagement, customer experience, donation management, merchandising and strategic growth.
This position is ideal for a strong retail leader who understands both the business of resale and the importance of building meaningful relationships within the community. The Director will work independently in managing day-to-day resale operations while collaborating closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, donors and community partners to ensure Daisy’s Rescued Goods continues to grow its impact and support the mission of Foothills Animal Rescue.

Animal Care Technician
As an Animal Care Technician at Foothills Animal Rescue, you’ll be at the heart of what we do—helping rescued animals feel safe, healthy, and loved while they wait for their forever homes. From daily feeding, cleaning, medications, and enrichment to intake and adoption support, every day brings a new opportunity to make a difference.
You’ll work alongside staff and volunteers to monitor animal health and behavior, provide compassionate care, and help create positive experiences for both animals and adopters. Resale Store Associate
The Resale Store Associate performs daily duties of processing donated items, customer service, cash handling. High energy and self-motivation is a must. Able to assist donors and customers with donated items to include loading and unloading vehicles. Mentors and guides volunteers. Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
