I understand that my nomination is at the pleasure or the FAR Board Development Committee. I understand that the Board seeks Board Members of the highest personal and professional integrity.
I therefore certify that the information supplied on this application is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge, and that if I provide false or misleading information, it may be cause for disqualification or removal from the Board.
I understand that the information I supply to the FAR Board Governance Committee will be held in confidence, but I authorize the Committee and its agents to verify the accuracy of the information and to use it for purposes related to this nomination process.
